SHIP PFL CANADA INC (MC-1824006, US DOT 4581897, CVOR 228-609-551), located at 1377 The Queensway, Suite 101A, Etobicoke, ON M8Z 1T2, is responsible for the personal information collected through PFLCanada.ca.
2. Information we collect
Freight quote requests: name, company, email, phone, pickup and delivery locations, commodity, equipment type and shipment details. Owner-operator applications: name, contact details, equipment information, experience, licence class and eligibility to cross the border. We also collect basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited.
3. How we use it
We use your information to prepare quotes, dispatch and track shipments, invoice, evaluate driver applications, meet safety and regulatory obligations, and respond to your enquiries. We may contact you about your request by phone or email.
4. Sharing
We share information only as needed to perform the service: with contracted carriers and owner-operators handling your freight, customs brokers for cross-border shipments, insurers, and service providers who host or support our systems. We do not sell personal information.
5. Retention and security
Records are retained as long as required for operational, tax, insurance and regulatory purposes, then securely destroyed. We use access controls, encrypted transmission and limited internal access to protect information.
6. Your rights
Under PIPEDA you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask for corrections, or withdraw consent to further contact. Email Hello@PFLCanada.ca and we will respond within 30 days.
