The site is operated by SHIP PFL CANADA INC (MC-1824006, US DOT 4581897, CVOR 228-609-551), 1377 The Queensway, Suite 101A, Etobicoke, ON M8Z 1T2. By using the site you agree to these terms.
2. Quotes and rates
Rates quoted through this website or by our dispatch team are estimates based on the lane, equipment, weight, commodity and service window you provide. Quotes are valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise and may be revised if the shipment details change, including accessorials such as detention, layover, tarping, reconsignment or additional stops.
3. Transportation services
Freight movements are governed by our bill of lading, applicable provincial and federal transportation legislation, and, for cross-border traffic, the terms of the applicable carrier agreement. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding contract of carriage until a load is confirmed in writing by our dispatch team.
4. Shipper responsibilities
Shippers are responsible for accurate commodity descriptions, correct weights, proper packaging and blocking/bracing, and complete customs documentation for cross-border loads. Undeclared hazardous materials, overweight freight or incorrect paperwork may result in refusal of the load and applicable charges.
5. Claims and liability
Cargo claims must be noted on the delivery receipt and submitted in writing within the timeframes required by applicable legislation. Liability is limited to the amounts set out in the bill of lading and applicable law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits or downtime.
6. Website use
You may not use this website to transmit unlawful, misleading or harmful content, attempt unauthorized access, or scrape content for commercial resale. All trademarks, text, graphics and layouts on this site are the property of SHIP PFL CANADA INC.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
